By accessing or using Xdone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Xdone is a web-based task management application that allows you to create, organize, and manage tasks and projects. The Service includes a calendar view, project organization, and API integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use the API in a way that exceeds reasonable usage limits or degrades the service for others

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (tasks, projects, descriptions) you create in the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. API Usage

The Service provides API access through API keys and OAuth2. You are responsible for keeping your API keys and tokens secure. We may rate-limit or suspend API access if usage is abusive or excessive.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
